"I am Pestilence the Conqueror, the first of the Four Horsemen come to claim your world. I am eternal, and my task, unwavering."
The Lowdown
Pestilence is coming to Sara Burns' town. She has one mission. Take him out before he destroys everyone she loves. When she sees him coming down the street, she shoots him off his horse. Unfortunately for her, Pestilence can't be killed. Now, as the very pissed off Horseman's captive, she will suffer for her deeds. But the longer they are together, the deeper their feelings grow. Now she may be the only one who can save the world from Pestilence, but what will Sara be willing to sacrifice to do it?
The book is told from Sara's point of view, first person.
